Nudge may refer to:
  • Nudge, Urban slang word for the police. Popularized through American Hip-hop music, television, and cinema. (NOUN): 'Hide the drugs, it's the Nudge!' 'When I grow up daddy, I want to be a Nudge, just like you.' The term Nudge became so popular as a word for the Police that the popular T.V. show 'Cops' was originally titled 'The Nudge' until network executives changed the name back to 'Cops' to avoid a possible lawsuit with the A & E network which had a popular T.V. miniseries titled 'Nudge patrol'.
